Uploaded files are sent to our team and stored in a protected folder on our web server that is not publicly accessible. Copies are sent to our office email so your counsellor can start work. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping. You may ask us to delete your documents and details at any time.
