Study in Sweden from Pakistan
Innovative, research-driven education in Scandinavia. Sweden is known for innovation, sustainability and a teaching style that encourages independent thinking and close contact with professors. Non-EU students pay tuition, but the quality of education and quality of life make it a strong long-term investment.
Why study in Sweden?
- Innovation and research. Sweden ranks among the world's most innovative countries, with strong programmes in engineering, technology, design and sustainability.
- Teaching style. Small classes, group work and close access to professors rather than large lecture halls.
- High living standards. Safe, well-organised cities with an excellent quality of life and a strong social welfare system.
- Career opportunities. A growing tech and startup scene, particularly around Stockholm, with English widely spoken in workplaces.
Undergraduate, postgraduate and pathway programmes
Foreign Migration guides students into Sweden at every level of study, not only postgraduate degrees:
Undergraduate
Three-year bachelor's degrees, mostly taught in Swedish, though a small number of English-taught bachelor's programmes exist for international students.
Postgraduate
Two-year master's degrees are the main route for international students, with strong programmes in engineering, sustainability and design.
Pathway & foundation
Pre-master's and foundation-style preparatory courses help students meet Swedish academic and English-language entry standards before starting a full degree.
